Beyonce Knowles is a giver. At her last performance she sang “Put A Ring On It” and John Silver, the creative director for the Formation Tour, came out. Silver, who was dating dance captain Ashley Everett, decided this would be a great time to put an actual ring on it. The proposal took place in Everett’s hometown of St. Louis
